Our team

In his many years of professional experience, Sven Pursche has a wide range of Restructuring and M&A processes successfully implemented. He also acted in Management functions as CRO or CFO.
He started his career in the Corporate Finance Advisory area of EY in Frankfurt a. M. He then worked in various management positions, including as site manager of a corporate finance boutique with a focus on Special situations and acted as head of M&A and investment management within the ProSieben Sat.1 Group.
He completed his studies in Frankfurt am Main and Madrid and graduated as a business graduate. He is also working at the HfWU, Nürtingen—Geislingen as a lecturer for the lecture Restructuring and Restructuring Consulting.

Robert Neufeld has more than 20 years of management and transaction experience. After working as division manager and managing director in the automotive supplier industry, he switched to transaction consulting and was most recently Head of M&A and Partner at the medium-sized management consultancy enomyc GmbH.
In addition to successfully setting up the M&A division, he supported investor processes (distressed/non-distressed) of various sizes and in various market segments. Robert Neufeld was able to successfully complete buy and sell side projects, particularly in the printing/packaging industry and in the EMS market (Electronic Manufacturing Services).
Robert Neufeld holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Cansu Kockaya-Tiffert has four years of experience in legal transactions. As Senior Legal Project Manager at Linklaters LLP in Düsseldorf, she supported international M&A transactions. She was responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring legal processes and ensured efficient cooperation between stakeholders. In her current role, she brings her skills to both M&A and restructuring projects. Cansu Kockaya-Tiffert has a master's degree in economics and law from Carl von Ossietzky University and is a certified project manager (IPMA level D).

Yili Westhausen completed his master's degree in business administration at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf with a focus on finance and entrepreneurship. During his studies, he was able to gain experience in auditing, financial accounting and controlling as part of various internships. In his current role, he deals with both M&A and restructuring issues and has already successfully co-led several projects.

Jannick Reppin After completing his master's degree in life science at Leibniz University Hannover, completed an MBA at the Collège des Ingénieurs in Munich, Paris and Turin with a focus on strategy and finance. Parallel to his MBA, he worked as an external consultant at DAB BNP Paribas in Munich. In his current role, he deals with both M&A and restructuring projects.

Jan Brabandt is currently studying business administration at the Mercator School of Management at the University of Duisburg-Essen with a focus on Management & Economics. In addition to his studies, he was already able to gain practical experience in auditing and in his parents' craft business.

Hazal Sadiklar is currently completing her bachelor's degree in international business with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, strategy and management. Through practical experience in auditing, she was able to deepen her knowledge and apply it in practice. Her semester abroad in Korea also gave her the opportunity to further expand her expertise in finance and strategic management and gain new perspectives.
